All Venom Lacrosse coaching staff are background checked and SafeSport trained in addition to many years of playing, coaching and refereeing girls/ women's lacrosse.
Owner Team
Erica and Kelly have been working together to continue to grow and develop lacrosse in the South Central PA area since 2017, forming Venom Lacrosse in 2020.
Within the first year of operation, the program has grown from one team of 16 players to a community of over 100 players participating in travel teams, indoor teams, developmental programs and skill specific clinic programs. Many of these programs are working in conjunction with local high level college coaches and players.

Michael Winpigler
Travel Team Coach
Coach Mike has been coaching since 2012. In that time he has coached at the U-9 to U-15 level girls both recreational and club level. He currently coaches at New Oxford High School. He is USA Lacrosse Level 3 Certified. He has been coaching competitive travel lacrosse since 2017.
Erica Winpigler

Coach Erica helped start the New Oxford Girls Youth Lacrosse Program along with her husband Mike in 2014. That program has grown into one of the largest Girls Youth Lacrosse programs in York and Adams counties.
Erica is a certified girls lacrosse Official with the York/Adams Women's Lacrosse Officials' Association. She is also a USA Lacrosse Level 2 certified coach and served as President of the York/Adams Girls Lacrosse Association for 6 years.
Coach Erica is also the Head Coach for Gettysburg Area High School Girls Lacrosse since 2024.
Savannah Winpigler
Travel Team Coach
Coach Savannah has been assisting coaching youth girls lacrosse since 2020. Savannah has been playing lacrosse since she was 7 years old including 6 years of competitive travel lacrosse. She was a freshman starting attacker at Misericordia University before transferring to Hood College where she started/ played in all season games. She was selected as a captain during her junior and senior seasons. Savannah graduated in 2025 with a degree in history/education and has been on the Deans List every year of her college career.
Scott Gable
Travel Team Coach
Scott has been assisting coaching lacrosse since 2021 at both the club and rec levels. He is currently USA Lacrosse Level 1 Certified.
Coach Scott is also an assistant coach for New Oxford High School Girls Lacrosse.
Anna Ridlon
Travel Team Coach
Anna started playing lacrosse when she was 8 years old and has played for both rec and club level for 11 years. She has played for Venom since the program started in 2020 and has coached a team for her local rec league for 3 years. She graduated high school in 2023 from Francis Scott Key where she played lacrosse and volleyball all 4 years. She is attending Lebanon Valley College where she will continue her lacrosse career playing for the Dutchmen! She has been accepted into the Honors program at college and will be studying to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
She is excited for this opportunity and to stay with our Venom Family!
Michaela Naccarini
Travel Team Coach
Coach MK played lacrosse for 9 years growing up in MD and played travel lacrosse for 5 years. She went on to become a 4 year starting attacker at Juniata College. Coach MK graduated in 2023 with a degree is marketing. She is also currently an assistant girls lacrosse coach at Gettysburg Area High School.
Jordyn Becker
Goalie Coach
Jordyn has been playing lacrosse since she was in 5th grade. She was a collegiate goalie for Messiah College/ Lycoming College and has been working as a goalie coach since 2017. Jordyn is also USA Lacrosse Level 1 certified.
